IS THIS TYPE OF YOGA PRACTICE FOR?
Therapeutic/Retorative Yoga is for anyone who is in pain, stressed
out, fatigued, and/or recovering from illness or injury.
In this type of yoga practice, you learn to relax, release stress, and
renew your body with therapeutic variations of classical postures, which
include supported postures and some rope work, as well as, breath awareness,
and mindfulness meditation.
There really isn't anything better to soothe your soul, to relax your mind,
and to remake and restore your body.
