Beginner's Flow/Ashtanga (The Fundamentals): This class is for students new to yoga. It provides students with an opportunity to learn proper alignment in the postures and is also an introduction to linking breath with movement. No yoga experience required. Props will be used when appropriate to deepen your experience of some of the poses.

Beginner's Yoga (Hatha Fundamentals)
: A gentle introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga for the beginning student. This class includes core postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and yoga philosophy.

Core Yoga: Improve core stability and strength as you explore the supportive role of the core in posture and movement. Deepen your understanding, awareness, flexibility, and ultimately, strength of your "centre" using techniques and insights from a variety of fitness modalities and mind-body traditions in the context of a well-balanced yoga practice.

Core w/Flow 1: A dynamic practice that builds flexibility and strength by linking postures. Add Vinyasa Flow movement to our Core Yoga for a nice blend to deepen students' understanding of the balance found through alignment and strength in postures with detailed instruction and attention to safe transition through linked postures.

Level 1 Flow/Ashtanga:
This class is perfect for students who have some yoga experience and are ready to develop more strength, stamina, and flexibility. Basic postures and sequences are presented in a more challenging way, while maintaining a focus on proper alignment. Props will be used when appropriate to deepen your experience of some of the poses.

Level 1 Yoga:
This class is for continuing students who are familiar with the fundamentals presented in Beginners' and Mixed-Level. Instruction includes inversions and backbends.

Level 1.5 Yoga: This class is for continuing students who are familiar with the fundamentals as presented in Beginners' and Level 1. Instruction includes the more advanced postures, e.g., the more challenging variations of inversions and backbends.

Mixed-Level Yoga: This class is perfect for the continuing and/or returning student. Instruction includes core postures, supported inversions, breath work, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level of ability and experience. Previous participation in a Beginner's class is advised.

Mom & Baby Yoga : A class for moms and babies up to 12 months. Both mother and baby can stretch, tone, and relax together. Offers a wonderful way for mothers and babies to bond as well as for new moms to meet one another.

Pilates:
Improve strength and flexibility, posture, balance, and core strength while you enhance both your muscular and mental coordination in the tradition of Joseph Pilates. Particular attention is given to the abdomen and back muscles.

Post-Natal Yoga w/Baby: A class for Moms to take for themselves while Babies relax nearby in the Studio. Regain your strength and flexibility with this gentle style of yoga that is designed especially for new Moms; release the aches and pains caused by tending to your baby while you calm your mind, so you can better face the new challenges in your life. Ideally, Babies should be 6 months old or younger at the start of the Session.

Pre-Natal Yoga: A practice for pregnancy at all stages. Postures help lengthen and tone muscles as well as loosen joints in preparation for birthing. Breathing and relaxation techniques reduce stress and counteract fatigue.

Restorative Yoga: Gentler, supported postures designed for those individuals with injuries and/or chronic ailments, such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia.

Yoga for Backs: For anyone with back problems and/or related neck, shoulder, pelvic, and hip concerns. The practice includes therapeutic postures to decrease pain and stiffness, build strength, and reduce stress. Students have the opportunity to move at their own pace from a modified, supported version of the pose to the posture as it is presented in a Beginner's Yoga class.

Yoga for Families: This class offers the opportunity for families/friends to explore yoga together! Improve your body and mind with a fun approach to breathing and movement. Increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Learn relaxation techniques, fun partner poses, breath techniques, and enhance concentration that will create a foundation for health and wellness. The bond that occurs in this class between parents and children is truly special and a gift you give to each other. Mixed siblings are welcome.
